Job Description:
We are seeking an NYSC Corps Member with a passion for social media management and 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media across multiple channels by creating content, posting, and monitoring various platforms.
- Write engaging social media posts with appropriate captions and update social media pages regularly.
- Respond to customer feedback and maintain online communications.
- Create social media campaigns to increase engagement and target new audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to develop graphic and visual content for social media dissemination.
- Conduct research for team projects.
- Monitor social media metrics regularly.
- Prepare periodic reports for review by the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Current NYSC member.
- 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in social media management, especially in Fintech, Edutech, or related fields.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proactive with good analytical skills and a strong team spirit.
- Creative and tech-savvy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
